Air Transportation:

We highly recommend flying into Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) for this conference. Bay Runner Shuttle offers bus service to the Hyatt Regency (see below). For specific airport information, visit the Baltimore/Washington International Airport website. Other local airports include Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Salisbury-Wicomico Airport (SBY). If you choose to fly into these airports, renting a car is the main option to travel to the conference venue.

Ground Transportation:

Baltimore/Washington International Airport offers a variety of ground transportation options, from major rental car companies to taxicabs, limousines, and Rideshare companies (Uber and Lyft), all conveniently located across from the terminal building. Search travel to Cambridge from BWI by bus, car, or towncar by clicking here.

The Airport Volunteer Navigators at the information desk are glad to assist the traveling public with transportation questions. Travel time from the airport to Hyatt Regency in Cambridge is around 1.5 hours.

Bay Runner Shuttle offers bus transportation to Hyatt Regency. Shuttles depart from Departures/Upper Level, Outside doors 10-12, Outer Curb. There are six daily departure options from BWI airport, as well as six daily departures from Cambridge back to BWI. The average fare from BWI to Cambridge is $81/person, one-way, with group discounts available.
